Hoorvia Store operates on bidding, not fixed prices. Submitting a bid is a request for a quote — it creates no obligation on either side until both parties explicitly agree on scope, timeline and price.
Once a bid is accepted, the agreed scope, deliverables, timeline and payment terms are confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before work begins.
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Work outside the original scope is quoted separately.
All client materials, data and academic work are treated as strictly confidential and never shared or reused.
Payment terms are agreed per project before work starts. Deposits may be required for larger engagements.
